Challenge
With the increasing trend of remote working, CXC wanted to grasp this opportunity to scale up their business by providing their clients with a quicker and smoother onboarding journey. But the problem for CXC was that certain items for creating a quote (e.g. currency rate) are highly time-dependent and semi-structured, which makes CXC need a huge amount of time to process each of them manually.

Solution
To automate this human-intensive and inefficient process, Traverse used our xFlow studio to integrate all of the client systems and automated the whole client onboarding journey 100%.  Each document processing stage works with various systems to automatically retrieve and transform relevant live data to automatically produce quotes and contracts. Procedures starting from acquiring information for quotes, checking currency rates, calculating the quote, and sending out quotations; to creating digital contracts (on Adobe Sign), sending out contracts, and updating signed data to both internal & external payroll systems are now fully automated.
