We automate using our commercial product, TaskFlow, although we will use UIPath for companies already using that product.  We have built a range of scalable solutions to common problems that may be quickly deployed, but we will also build a bespoke solution for you to solve your specific problem. Document Matching

Once data and attachments have been extracted from the email inbox we can apply a range of AI analytical techniques to extract the key data from them and match them to your core systems. The major use case here is invoice matching where PDF attachments are extracted, analysed and their fields compared to key records.

System Integration

Today many systems offer APIs to send and extract data from them. When this is the case we can easily integrate data flows across systems. When no API is available we can essentially build and offer one using robotic process automation tools and techniques.

Inbox Automation

Emails are still an important mechanism for businesses and customers to exchange information. Emails need to be understood, categorised, triaged and data and attachments extracted from them. We use a range of tools and techniques to smoothly inject email data into your business processes.

Workflow Automation

Within a process, many steps may need to be taken. Some of these steps can run in parallel and many on different physical machines to allow the process to scale. In addition, the process can wait for human interaction such as sign-off of data input. The whole end-to-end process is essentially bound together into a robust and scalable workflow product.

Document Management

Document management forms the backbone of most key automation initiatives. Even today most key information is not exchanged using EDI, APIs or other integrating technologies. Still, PDF, word, excel and even email are used to exchange critical information such as invoices, customer details and many others. Its mission critical that this information is reliably extracted and loaded into its master system where it is available to business processes

Extracting and Loading Data

A core automation solution is to extract and load data exactly as a user would do. This means that essentially any data can be extracted and loaded even if no API is available. We can download reports, harvest web pages and other approaches to extract and load data.
