Once you have your data centralised in a robust and quality manner you can begin to run analyses and apply machine learning to identify actionable insight. As this system becomes more mature you can even use automation to action some of these issues or insights to complete the circle and create a self-healing system. Management reports at the summary and exception levels allow you to have confidence that this system is running as it should.
Sentiment Analysis
Sentiment Analysis may be applied to emails or documents to help to understand the emotion behind them such as if they are an angry email. This uses AI techniques and allows for better triage of the document and who to pass it on to if it needs to be dealt with manually.

NLP is now a mainstream AI technique and is used to understand the context and intent of the text. It can be used to turn a wide variety of text phrases into the intent behind the text so they may be handled. It allows us to extract the correct text phrases from a document based on what we are looking to find.
